28. International Duties and Taxes
For international destinations, duties, VAT, GST, customs charges, or other import-related amounts may be collected during checkout.
Where available, Noirwd may use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) arrangement.
When applicable charges are collected at checkout under DDP, customers generally should not be required to pay the same included charges again at delivery.
Charges not collected by Noirwd may be payable separately to carriers or government authorities.
29. Risk of Loss
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, risk of loss or damage generally transfers to the customer when:
The customer, or a person designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the product at the delivery address.
